Russell Wodiska, President
Mr. Wodiska has over 14 years of experience in the management consulting field, and has spent the past 5 years consulting for and managing projects exclusively in the 8(a) and SDVOSB construction marketplace. He is an expert on government construction contracting, specializing on guiding small businesses through the many challenges they face in this arena. He utilizes his knowledge of the construction process and the business side of contracting to ensure that projects stay on track and produce successful results.
Mr. Wodiska is also responsible for the day-to-day running of CSMI and is charged with the management of all the divisions of the organization. Since 1995, he has owned several small businesses and is keen to incorporate those experiences into his consulting work.
Mr. Wodiska has a B.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics, and a MBA from The George Washington University. He is also currently an appointed member of the City of Falls Church, VA Planning Commission (term to expire in December 2012).
Emmanuel Bailey, Senior Vice President
Mr. Bailey is an expert in promoting diversity throughout business enterprises. He is responsible for facilitating the implementation of strategies focused on multicultural inclusion and increasing multicultural participation throughout the entire organization.
He also has over 20 years of banking/finance experience and has owned several small businesses. Mr. Bailey has deep political contacts on both the federal and state level. He is principally responsible for ensuring the financial growth of CSMI and its partners and driving procurement opportunities to CSMI clients. Mr. Bailey has a B.A. degree in Business Management and has completed his MBA at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
Rami Zheman, Project Manager
Mr. Zheman has over 6 years experience as a construction project manager and management consultant to the federal government, where his clients included the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. He specializes in cost estimating, workload modeling, and business process reengineering.
Mr. Zheman holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business.

CSMI has a great deal at stake on each and every project. Our Project Managers bring with them countless years of experience. We assist with the contract administration (e.g. RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, etc.) and work to make sure all parties are on schedule. If the project has run into a problem, we are with our partners at every turn to minimize the issues and return the project to an efficient completion path.
